Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Device

Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data, then securely pack the device in its original box including the charging cables, manuals, and any bundled accessories.

Ship to MOVA

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition; once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
